Specializing in Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy
I provide psychotherapy services to people of all ages, but specialize in working with children and adolescents. I am Board Certified in Psychoanalytic and Psychodynamic Psychology. My primary treatment approach is relational psychodynamic, meaning that I pay particularly close attention to the ways in which our work together can externalize to the relationships you have outside of the therapy session. I work collaboratively with you, and/or your child, as I feel that having a sense of autonomy in treatment is invaluable, and a key factor to facilitating change.

In addition to working from a relational psychodynamic lens, I use a number of other treatment approaches as well. These types of treatments include, but are not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavior therapy, play therapy, client-centered, and trauma focused.

No two people are alike, so no two treatments should be alike. My experience in working from a range of clinical methodologies allows us to tailor your sessions to an approach that suits your needs, and matches your communication style.
I am licensed in New Hampshire and Connecticut and therefore can provide psychotherapy services to people in either of these two states.

Currently, I am an out of network provider. If you have an insurance plan that reimburses for out-of-network providers, I am happy to provide you with documentation that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. The amount you will be reimbursed is dependent on your specific insurance plan. I encourage you to reach out to your insurance carrier to review your options for treatment reimbursement should you be interested in pursuing my services.
